certificate of non existance of naturalization

Post by corrado »

I went though this process many years ago and now a cousins is asking for help. What I did to get that letter may not even be the current process. I got a letter from ICE and sent that to the state dept. who issued a letter with a seal. How do I get this? Thank you for you help.

Go to the Citizenship and Immigration Services website and they have the process. Here is the link to the FAQ.

Scroll down to the question:
How do I get Certification of Non-existence of a Record of Naturalization?

The process is quick and easy. I just got mine a couple of months back.
