SF JS Appointment - Detailed Recap
Appoinment Date - August 1, 2019 / No Homework
I arrived at 8:45 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment. The guard opened the door at 9:00 AM. The guard checked my email copy of my appointment confirmation and let me in.
Note: If you show up without an appointment or an appointment confirmation in hand, you will be turned away and not be allowed to enter the SF Italian Consulates office.
I met with Emanuela Vidotti. She was very pleasant. She went over the importance of knowing the Italian language. My appointment lasted approximately 1 hour. .
The following paperwork was requested from me.
1. Forms 1 & 2 signed by me at my appointment. Form 3 signed by my Mother and Notarized.
2. Copy of my Passport.
3. Copy of my Drivers License.
4. Copy of my Utility Bill.
5. My certified Birth Certificate with Apostille & Translation.
6. My Mothers certified Birth Certificate from Italy.
7. My Parents certified Marriage License from Italy.
8. The Request for Divorce Registration form signed at the Italian Consulates office
9. My first certified Marriage License with Apostille & Translation.
10. My certified Divorce Decree with Apostille & Translation.
11. The certified No Appeals document with Apostille & translation.
12. The Request for Divorce Registration form signed at the Italian Consulates office.
13. My second certified Marriage License with Apostille & Translations.
After she collected my paperwork, She asked for the application money order and told me about the next steps after they accepted my paperwork. There was no time frame given because it depends on how long it takes to investigate your supporting documentation and for the your Comune to complete their part of the process.
I hope this helps.

No idea where the edit button is on my original post to update it.
I forgot to include this in my list of documnets that I gave them:
My Mothers Naturalization Certificate with Red Ribbon and USCIS Form G-24

Hi,
Had you previously removed the USCIS document from the sealed envelope? Seems silly but somewhere it says not to...
