Help with the translation of marriage record of Giacinto Pastore

Hello,
I am looking for the marriage record of Giacinto Pastore and Catterina Zucchino and I am not certain if this could be the record. I translate the first line to read: pg. 40 Pastore in left column, then Giacinto Anthony son of Giovanni Pastore, Piverone?, and Magdalena Baratto, and Cattarina (Zucchino) from Giovanni Battista Zucchino- cannot read the rest.

I also do not think this is all one document as there are many different dates in the paragraph. I am not sure what to make of this.

Dear Translators,
With Erudita's and Mmogno's help today I am able to understand that the dates are for the banns (when and where) of marriage and whether or not there are any impediments to the marriage. Witnesses follow later on the record.
