I've had great luck doing this same concept with my Lithuanian background, but the Southern Italian group is just getting started. It's a great way to find long lost relatives, do DNA painting, etc.
Step 1: Do DNA test
Step 2: Download raw results
Step 3: Create free GEDmatch account and upload raw DNA results (https://www.gedmatch.com/)
Step 4: Join the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Souther ... NAMatches/
Step 5: Follow the steps in the Facebook group (only takes 10 minutes)
