Assistance with Latin birth record #247 of Anna Maria Ambrosio

May I have some assistance with the additions/corrections of the Latin birth record #247 for Anna Maria Ambrosio.

I believe she was born on 21 May 1747 and baptized the following day in the same church SS Petri and Laurenti.
Anna Maria Ambrosio the legitimate and natural daughter of Giovanni Domenico and Maria, spouses de Ambrosio, born the day before,baptized by P Nicholas? (patrini fuere) sponsors were Lorenzo of deceased Peter de Godone and Isabella ?
