Assistance with the Latin 1666 marriage record of Petri Antonio Nigri

Good Morning,
I have found the marriage record of my 7th great grandfather, Petri Antonio Nigri and mention of his father, (my 8th gg) Nob Giovanni Battista Nigri.

28 Feb 1666
I cannot read some of the Latin but I think they are publishing the banns and saying that it took place in church Petri and Laurenti in Piverone. There are many marriages listed here. Mine states: Petrum Antonio son of Nob Giovanni Battista Nigri and Anna Mariam? daughter of Lorenzo Boratti(o)? What does the Nob mean? Was he an official? I am posting his brother's marriage record also which states the father Nobilis?

Thank you for your assistance as the birth records for my 6th, 7th and possible 8th are missing so their marriages are important records for me. I appreciate your help so very much.
