Appearing before the official were Nicola Satriano, 40 yo, contadino and Giuseppe Losasso, 50 yo, contadino, both living Baragiano. They reported that at 3.05 pm yesterday, in the house in Strada Santangelo, No 30, died Gerardo Ciandella, contadino, Celebe (never married), who was aged 4 months, born and living in Baragiano. His parents were Pietro (Ciandella) and Angela Cocina, both contadini, living Baragiano.
Witnesses to the recording of the act were Pietro Pacella, 23 yo, contadino, and Francesco Satriano, 30 yo, contadino, both living in Baragiano. Only the official signed the Act as all the others were unable to write.
