I believe I have found the death record of my 3rd great grandmother, Lucia Romeo, of Genzano di Lucania. She was married to Angelo Filippi, whose name also appears on the record, but I'd be grateful if someone would help me translate the record to confirm that, and tell me if there is other information in the death record that would help me with my genealogy (for instance, parents names or any other relatives), and I am also curious if a cause of death is listed. The record is in the upper right side of the attached file.
