Marianna Mazzu, the di Santo indicates, daughter of father Santo and Maria ( I see) Smiroldo

Just to add to what Biff has said, I believe the deceased's name is Mariannina. She was aged 7 months and 19 days. I am also reading the mother's surname to be Smiroldo.

No, the father's age is not mentioned but you should now be able to locate Mariannina's birth record which should record her father, Santo's, name.

Edit to add: Mariannina was aged 11 months and 19 days. (Whoops. My brain knew 11 but my fingers typed 7)
