Help with the #59 1886 death record of Zitta Zucchino

Hello,
I am having difficulty with some Italian words and would appreciate assistance with additions, and/or corrections of this 1886 death record for Zitta Zucchino please. I think it reads:

#59 ( ??) 1886 October in the Parish of S. Lorenzo in Piveroni,
(at hour??) in her own home. She received the sacraments of penance, eucharist and holy unction or oil. Zitta Zucchino died, (age??), born in Piverone and lived in Piverone, Her father was deceased Gaspare and her mother was deceased Maria Negri. She was the widow of Roberto Zucchino. The body was buried in the cemetery of this town the following day.

I see after #59, vedova (widow)
she was 56
looks like shorthand for 6 oclock in the afternoon, shorthand for pomeriggio?

Just to add to what has already been said, Zitta died at 6 pm, in her own home, on 14 October 1886.
