The underlined section in the attached and link are what I believe are the death for Lauria Arcoleo. Is this a correct assumption? If so is there any other information about her?

I think it's correct.
The record just reports the death date, that is, I think, September 19, 1575; I think it also mentions the place where she was buried, but the check of some expert is needed.
