Hi

I was expecting to find that a child, Michele Migliarese died in 1848 - the year she was born, but this looks like the mother, Carmela Guarino perhaps died in childbirth. Can you confirm this?

The deceased is Carmela Guarino, wife of Domenico Migliarese. She is 36 yo, born in Grottaminarda, a contadina, living Strada Castello, daughter of Michele Guarino, deceased, falegname, who lived Strada Castello, and of Maria Michela di Penta, also deceased, who had lived therein. She died on 27 September 1848. It doesn't say how Carmela died.

Thank you so much for translating this. Poor dear, she died two days after her baby was born and that means Domenico - who lost his first wife in 1845 - now had to raise a baby along with his three other children. Aww, so sad.
