Felice Migliarese died at 5yr in 1875

I just want to make sure I'm not missing something important because other people reported Felice's death and not his parents, Francesco and Teresa. Earlier that month their baby died, and I wonder if there is something in this doc that gives a clue why two children died at the same time. Also, does it say if those who reported the death are related to Teresa (one has the same last name)?

Death No 48: Felice Migliarese
Registered Grottaminarda: 29 April 1875

Appearing were Pietro Minichiello, 40 yo, landowner, and Nicola Maria Adinolfi, 32 yo, farmer, both living Grottaminarda. They reported that at 10.15 pm yesterday (28 April), in the house in Strada Ledile, no number, Felice Migliarese, 5 yo, born/residing Grottaminarda, died. The parents were Francesco Migliarese, a barber, and Teresa Adinolfi, a peasant, both living Grottaminarda.

It doesn't give the relationship of Nicola Maria Adinolfi to the deceased in this record. There is no clue as to why two children from the same family died at the same time. Maybe they had influenza or something? You could research to see whether there was some sort of epidemic at the time. I have come across records, from one particular town, where the cause of death was given in records, but generally the cause of death is not given on death records.

Yes, very sad. Unfortunately the mortality rate was very high back then amongst children and also people with low immunity.

This particular couple kept having babies and kept losing them too - As I learn more about my family I also learn of their hardships. But it makes them all the more real to me.
