Yes, Antonetta and Iolanda are twins, the first born is Antonetta (who died 31 March 1991)
Date of birth is January 25 1911
Father: Gennaro Colantuono, aged 50, blacksmith
Mother: Ernanda Migliarese
Birth recorded on the 29th

Two, I found Iolanda's death record, I think. If these twins were born in Jan then it makes me wonder, because this record is from Dec 1911.

According to the record you posted Iolanda died when she was 10 months old on Dec 13 1911.
Antonetta had a much longer life, around eighty years. She died in Grottaminarda.
