Bride: Maria Burgio, never before married, 15 yo, casalinga (domestic), born and living this town, daughter of the deceased Colagero (Burgio), and of Calogera Provenzano, residing here ...?

The other two people mentioned there, Rosario Pantillo, 26 yo, workman/labourer, and Calogero Alci, 24 yo, workman/labourer were just witnesses to the proceedings, they are not normally related in any way to the bride and groom.

The writing at the base of the record mentions when the banns were posted in the town, 26 January and 2 February. The parents of the bride and groom gave their consent to the marriage.
