above is the link to the image 1911 Giuseppe DiLiso Pubblicazione di Matrimonio. I copied the link - let me know if it doesn't work.

I have also attached Italian transcription and English translation as best as I could.

What are the words next to the witness names? next to Rocco Gomei looks like "Tlt" and next to Aleini Lindoro looks like "Test."

What does "in the wake of today seven allows January" mean? (Italian in desta di oggi sette consente jennaio)
What do you think was stopped for the mother not being able to write? The parents of the bride gave their consent to the marriage.
Thanks so much for you help.

In data di oggi sette corrente gennaio
The words after the witnesses are short for "testimone"
The bride's mother declared to be illitterate

Thank you, Livio, for your corrected Italian words and the abbreviation for "testimone" after the witness names. When I went back to check the Italian words you gave they made good sense to my eyes. I wish I could read the Italian script as well as you do. I also went back and double-checked the Italian script for the bride's mother to be unable to write and I was able to correct some of those words. The corrections made a better English translation. I noticed some Italian words end in "i" instead of "a" or "o." I guess the Sindaco does that for emphasis in his script.

I forgot to add that I hope your area in Italy is improving as to the Corona virus.
