I am wanting help in finding my grandfather birth certificate he was born 10 October 1895 San Marco in Lamis, Province of Foggia, Puglia, Italy.
Would someone explain the process of obtaining Birth, Death, Marriage and Adoption records in Italy.

but they are only avalilable at Family History Centers of Mormon Church, if there's any near to you.
As to the request of certificates, it must be addressed at the Town Offices ("Comune") where they took place.
I don't know about adoptions, but I think they must be recorded in civil registers, too.
