Help needed once again

I believe this is a 1910 recognition of the birth of foundling, Giulio Cesari, born 28 March 1890 in Lago by his mother Carolina Vozza which also makes reference to a Giuseppe Gatti from Dipignano who I think is the father and who recognized him the year before. Also request that Allegati (for upcoming marriage) reflect this.

I would appreciate if someone could translate and add any pertinent details.

on 1910 Jan 1 in the town hall appeared Carolina Vozza, daughter of Luigi, aged 42, residing in Lago.
Carolina presented the copy of a document written 1809 Feb 3 in front of the Notary Giuseppe Gatti, residing in Dipignano, in which docucument, Carolina recognizes as her natural child Giulio Cesari, born in Lago 1890 March 28, birth registered in Lago with act #2 part 2.

I don't see any reference to the father...
