Marriage record help

This was identified in a file index as a marriage record for Antonino Anzalone, dated 1663 (November?). It is from Pietraperzia, Sicily. Beyond a few possible names (mother of Antonino is Margarita? Bride is Antonia? Bride's parents are Vito and Grazia?), which I am not sure of anyway, I am lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
