Pronunciation

The online Google translator pronounces Lucia in three syllables (Lu-chi-ah), while Crucia is pronounced in two syllables (Cru-cha).

Can anyone confirm these pronunciations?

I was wondering if one name could have been mistaken for the other in written documents, if they rhymed but it sounds like they don't.

Then it's less likely someone would mishear the name. But, I suppose someone reporting the mother's name of the deceased could have gotten the first name wrong, especially if the informant wasn't kin. I've seen errors before.
