Asking for help with Nonno's Military Record

Post by CuriosoCanuck »

I am so excited to have found this website and Forum !!!
I am begging for help to translate the military records of my Nonno. I am having difficulty reading the handwriting and am struggling with names of places and abbreviations.
I would very much appreciate any help anyone can give me. I am documenting the history of my family and this would be a tremendous piece of history to include.
Thank you to anyone willing to help.

Grazie
Roberto

Just a summary:
In Sep 1937 he was sent to Lybia
In Jun 1938 he was sent to Italy on licence for family reasons
Back to Tripoli in July until November, when he was discharged.
In Jun 1940 was called to arms again (for WW2) and staye in Italy till September, was he was sent to Albania.
In Dec 1942 he was going to be discharged, so he embarked towards Italy. After several legs, (Creta, Candia, Atene) he arrived at Postumia, and then Maddaloni.
On Jan 27th, 1943, he was discharged (the reason is not mentioned)
