From what i can make out there doesn't seem to be a father or mother listed, Just a man named Daniele Costa, WIth a lorenzo Costa being one of the witnesses and the birth seems to have occured in Cairo, and that it's being registered in Forgaria
You are correct a bout the place, the birth was recorded in Cairo on Jul 28th, 1910.
Daniele Costa, 42 years old, born in Forgaria, declared the birth of a female baby, born on day 24th, of his "natural union" with a not married, unrelated to him, and not mentioned, woman, in a home situated at 76, Charch Sabri.
So, he was the father.
About Lorenzo, no relation to Daniele is mentioned.
