Matteo Sabella marriage

The link and attached image below is the marriage for Matteo Sabella and Eleanor on Sept 21 1642 from Monreale; #57.

The father is Giovanni Pietro and the mother is Giovanna. What I need help with is what's right before and after Giovanna Sabella's name.

I have no idea what that is.
