April 16, 1908 at town hall in Ari appeared Rocco Laerzio, age 21, farmer, domiciled in Ari, who declared that at 4:50 a.m. on April 16, in the home at #293 Via Sant’Antonio, Luisa Angelucci, daughter of Tommaso, his wife, a farmer who lives with him, gave birth to a male child who was presented to me and to whom was given the name of Carmine-Eugenio, and who is a twin of the child in the act that follows.

Witnesses were Antonio Oliva, son of deceased Ciriaco, age 44, pasta maker, and Filippo De Luca, son of deceased Pietro, age 51, blacksmith, both residents of Ari.

The declarant affirmed that this child was the first born of the twins.
