Question on Marineo Riveli

Post by cj11788 »

Hello,

The two attachments are from the 1593 Marineo Riveli. I have two questions.

First question. In the index, I have Gaspano DiSimone underlined. What's after his name?

Second question. The index takes you to the riveli for Gaspano which is in really bad condition but I'm interested in the word next to Giacomo, Manfred and Filippo at the bottom of the page which is also underlinded in red.

I'm thinking it's possibly a grandfather or uncle since I do see Giovanni mentioned (also underlined) who I know is the father of Giacomo, Manfred and Filippo.

Thanks

Chris
