November 21, 1852 before comune officials in Orsogna appeared Filippo Dammiano, age 25, farmer, domiciled here on Strada dell Villa del Romano, who presented a male child and declared that the child was born to Maddalena d’Angelo, his legitimate wife, age 24, farmer, domiciled with him, and the declarant. The child was born on the above date at 12 o’clock Italian hours (about 6 a.m.) in their home and was given the name of Gioacchino.

Witnesses were Filippo Tenaglia, farmer, age 39, domiciled in Orsogna, on Strada della Villa del Romano and Filippo d’Alleva, farmer, age 25, domiciled in Orsogna on the same street.

On the right margin it indicates that Gioacchino Dammiano was baptized on November 21, 1852 in the Parish of San Nicola di Bari.
