Help with population registry

I could use a little help with the 12th and 13th entries in this log. Pio Antonio and Angelo Scandolara.

Pio's father is Stefano? and his mother's name is ??? Birthdate Oct. 4, 1767?

Angelo's father is Pio, his mother's name is ?? Franca? Galletti?

What does the entry mean in the last column after the brace } ?

Pio's father is Stefano (yes) and his mother's name is Teresa Rebessi, both parents are deceased Birthdate Oct. 4, 1767(yes)

Angelo's father is Pio, his mother's name is Francesca Galletti

What does the entry mean in the last column after the brace }On Nov 24 1812 they moved to Ossalengo
