this is what i read and translate it as:

la persone cui sopra ha adottato cicchella domenico decreto conte app napli al il 15 june 1950 trascritto nel registro di nascrita al n. 45 anno 1961

the aforementioned person has adopted cicchella domenico decree count app napoli(?) on 15 june 1950 transcribed in the birth register at n. 45 year 1961

so am i incorrect in the translation of adoption? because i did find the marriage act between cicchella and raffaella corsano.

also...the "conte app napli' i am very unsure what this means/says.

also...the "Corte d'Appello di Napoli" i am very unsure what this means/says.
