Birth of Antonina Mania

I am looking for information on Antonina Mania's birth and who her parents were. I believe she was from Santacroce, Modica District of Siracusa. Antonina Mania was married to Domenico Barone. His birth was in 1821 so I presume hers would be in the same neighborhood. Any help would be appreciated.

Tried to look in the "Antenati" website on the birth records of both Modica and Santa Croce for the years 1820 and 1821, but couldn't find any Domenico Barone.
