Napoli Birth Record - 1894

I am hoping to find a birth record of a man born in Napoli in 1894. I know this is a long shot since records on Antenati are not up yet for Napoli, so I have no idea how to find the record so this is a last ditch effort.

The man in question is Alfonso Russo, born around January 1894, to Mr. Russo (father's first name unknown) and Giuseppa Iapicca (1857-1933) who was from Pratola Serra, Avellino. Another brother Pasquale was born around January 1896. My hope for finding the record is to identify the father, who was a Neapolitan. Giuseppa most likely moved to Napoli when her sister left Pratola for Napoli. I couldn't find a marriage in Pratola so she must've married in Napoli. She was widowed when she arrived in NYC in 1901 with her two young sons. Her death certificate does not list the husband's name, only her parents and her surviving son, the executor. Any help in finding a birth record or similar document that could identify the father would be appreciated!

Have you looked in the "Pubblicazioni" (marriage banns) of Pratola Serra?
Maybe she married in Naples, but banns for her marriage might have been posted there.
