He presented a baby boy who he reported was born from Cira La Motta, his wife, 22 yo, living in this same town and neighbourhood. I'm understanding the right side of the page to be the baptism details. Baptised on 14 February 1821 in the Parish of Marineo.

Yes, I believe it is an error. They possibily intended to write "1800 ventuno". I've seen this in records before. I'm sure someone will chime in if they think differently.
