Hi Nick - Italian's not my native tongue, and the handwriting is difficult to read, but the first paragraph seems to say indicate that Orsogna Celestino, son of Antonio, was found guilty of robbery. Then possibly something about "armed people" on May 5, 1862. I didn't try to read beyond that...

ESTRATTO DI SENTENZA
La corte di assise del circolo di Lucera, con sentenza del giorno 6 dicembre 1866, in seguito al verdetto del giurì col quale l'accusato ORSOGNA Celestino fu Antonio di anni 34, scardalana, nato e domiciliato in Casalvecchio, è stato dichiarato colpevole di:
1. Grassazione per deprivazione di una giumenta in pregiudizio di Giovanni Andreano, commessa da più persone armate il 5 maggio 1862;
2. Grassazione per deprivazione di una giumenta del valore di lire 191 e centesimi 25, commessa da più persone armate in danno di Pasquale Criazia nella notte tra il 12 e il 13 maggio 1862 in territorio di Casalvecchio;
3. Grassazione mercé deprivazione di un cavallo commessa da più persone armate in persona di Alessandro Malice con complicità non necessaria nell'omicidio del medesimo.
4. Estorsione di lire 657 con sequestro di Luigi Incoronato, e violenze costituenti crimine per deturpamento alla faccia del sequestrato a giugno 1862 in Castelnuovo.
5. Grassazione di un cavallo del valore di lire 112,50 commessa da più persone armate in pregiudizio di Samuele Romano a 10 luglio 1862 in Senimento di Castelnuovo;
6. Ribellione mercé attacco e resistenza con riunione armata di persone maggiore di dieci contro i Reali Carabinieri e Guardia Nazionale di Celenza Valfortore in esercizio delle loro funzioni ai 21 settembre 1862;

ESTENDE

ad anni trenta di lavori forzati la pena inflitta al suddetto Orsogna con sentenza di questa Corte di Assise dei 20 ottobre 1864.
Condanna l'Orsogna medesimo all'interdizione dai pubblici uffizi, all'interdetto legale durante la pena, alla sorveglianza speciale della Pubblica Sicurezza per anni diecidopo espiata la pena medesima, alle spese del giudizio a pro dell'Erario dello Stato, ed al rifacimento dei danni in favore delle parti lese.

Per estratto conforme rilasciato a richiesta del Signor Giuseppe Tommasone nell'interesse del condannato oggi 17 ottobre 1872.

EXTRACT OF JUDGMENT
The court of assizes of the District of Lucera, with sentence of the 6th December 1866, following the verdict of the jury with which the accused ORSOGNA Celestino son of the late Antonio aged 34, wool carder, born and domiciled in Casalvecchio, was found guilty of:
1. robbery of a mare belonging to Giovanni Andreano, committed by several armed persons on May 5, 1862;
2. robbery of a mare worth 191 lire and 25 cents, committed by several armed people to the detriment of Pasquale Criazia in the night between 12 and 13 May 1862 in the territory of Casalvecchio;
3. robbery of a horse committed by several armed persons in the person of Alessandro Malice with unnecessary complicity in the murder of the same.
4. Extortion of 657 lire with kidnapping of Luigi Incoronato, and violence constituting a crime for disfiguring the face of the victim in June 1862 in Castelnuovo.
5. robbery of a horse worth 112.50 lire committed by several armed persons to the detriment of Samuele Romano on 10 July 1862 in the Senimento area of Castelnuovo;
6. Rebellion by attack and resistance with an armed group of more than ten people against the Royal Carabinieri and National Guard of Celenza Valfortore while exercising their duties on 21 September 1862;

SENTENCES

to thirty years of forced labor the penalty inflicted on the aforementioned Orsogna with a ruling of this Court of Assizes of 20 October 1864.
Condemns the same Orsogna to the interdiction from public offices, to the legal interdict during the sentence, to the special surveillance of the Public Security for ten years after serving the custodial term, to refund the expenses of the trial in favor of the State Treasury, and to the compensation of the damages to the injured parties.

For certified extract issued at the request of Mr. Giuseppe Tommasone in the interest of the condemned, today 17 October 1872.

Wow! I could tell just enough to know that it was a very unusual departure from the 'normal' documents I see in the marriage records....but what you've transcribed is quite a story!
