1857 Birth Mother for Salvatore D'Amato was Maria Ribisi ?

A Maria is shown with a circle around the shown surname (La Spina ) ??
Notation om left side has Maria Ribisi Listed
and on Image 319 Ribisi was added over a scratched out (La Spina) ?

Baptism looks like 1858 ?

The surname La Spina for the mother was deleted and corrected in Ribisi, both in the birth certificate and in the index. The year 1858 in the baptism is probably a mistake.
