Re: Need Help translating this birth certifiate
Dino - A quick look (I am not a native speaking Italian) tells me that this appears to be a birth record for a foundling surrendered to the wheel. Looks like Filomeno Caravallo, who presented himself to announce the birth is a 53yo man who receives babies from the wheel. The child was named Cesare Romagnolo, and perhaps he was put into the care of a named husband and wife. I wish I could be of more help, but my recognition of Italian words and translation skills are limited.
Castell'Alfero, Frinco, Faicchio. Cognome: Biondi, Lovisone, Cantino, Goia, Lavorgna, Fassio, Dezani, Mussetto, Negro, Gaspardone, Giannotta, SanGiovanni, Porto, Fiorentino, Gavello, Morra, DiMeo, Ferracane, Rampone, Dalu.

HI,
the receiver of babies is Filomena Caravallo, a 42 years old woman; the baby was left in the wheel on Dec 4th, 1884, at 2am. He had no marks on his body, and was given for raising to Antonia Forciniti, wife of Antonio Vaglica. The side notes say he was recognized on Jul 27th, 1902, by Carlo Robusto, and married Caterina Caruso from Longobucco on Jun 8th, 1905.
