Digital Church records for Chieti

[ecampbel75]

Is there a way to access church parish records without physically being in Italy? In general, these don't seem available through FamilySearch. Occasionally when I have seen church records in FamilySearch, they are only accessible through a Family History Center.
However, I just found a mention of digital copy of records of Agnone, Chieti available through Roots Agnone Archive (RAA). Google search doesn't find this site. Does anyone know where to find this?
Are there digital records for parishes available for nearby towns? I'm especially interested in Roio Del Sangro, Chieti.
Thank you,
Alex

PS
Here is the link for the mention of RAA: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/perso ... s/GWBK-KSL. Each citation is as follows:
"This entry is from the church book that was used to record baptisms at the San Marco parish in Agnone, Italy, during the years 1771-1777. The priests did not number each page in this book, but instead used the traditional folio numbering by sheet. All baptisms in Agnone were performed exclusively at the San Marco parish since it had the only baptismal font in Agnone until the 1880s. This book is one of thirty-three (33) such San Marco baptismal books that collectively recorded the baptisms performed there from 1627 through 1920, with the exception that baptisms between 1645 and November 1649, and between January 1692 and March 1703 are unavailable due to two lost volumes (1645-1649 and 1692-1703). The original of this book is located at the San Marco parish in Agnone, Italy, and a digital copy is part of the Roots Agnone Archive (RAA)."
