Transcription/Translation of Military Record

I'm grateful to have found this wonderful site and for the generous volunteers who help with translations. I recently obtained my wife's grandfather's Italian military record. We've always seen his name as Antonio Ierise, but here it is Antonio Ierisi - all other details agree, so this is him. I can understand a few items on the left, but the handwriting is challenging so I can't even transcribe to put into Google Translate. I'd be thankful for any assistance in transcribing/translating the military record.
