Translation Help with Note in Marriage Certificate

I'm compelled to say this is my first post, and any and all help would be much appreciated.

I'm looking at this marriage record from 1824 in Calvello, Potenza. As far as I know this Giuseppe Angarola was already married to a Maria Maddalena Ancarola with whom he had children through at least 1828 suggesting that Maria was still alive. I can see there is a note about Giuseppe being granted an "atto di procura" or power of attorney possibly for Michele Tortorelli. Sadly both my nonexistent Italian language skills and my ability to read this handwriting fail me.

I can't see the marriage record you linked to but there's a family tree which has the following. I have no idea how accurate it is.

Giuseppe Ancarola (1798-8/18/1828). Parents Giambattista Ancarola and Feliciana DiTomasso. Married to Maddelana. She died after 1818. All in Calvello.

"Nell'atto di procura del sig. Michele Tortorelli, reso pel N(ota)r Giuseppe Lato, sotto il dì 24 novembre 1824 e reg(istra)to in Calvello al n(umer)o 914 nel dì 26 novembre 1824, col quale costituisce suo Procuratore il sig(nor) D(on) Giuseppe Angarola del vivente Gio(vanni) B(attis)ta di Calvello per poterlo rappresentare davanti l'Uffiziale dello Stato Civile."

So, Giuseppe Angarola just represented the groom Michele Tortorelli.
