Can anyone translate this marriage record? I've attached the clearest copy I was able to get. This is in the Family Search files that can only be accessed at a Family Search library, so the link likely won't work. I was not able to find the Atti di Matrimonio for 1908, so this is all I have.
I'm mostly curious about any information regarding Giovanni (groom) and his parents. I am in search of his birth record but have limited information. Does the information at the bottom (which I know is a mess) have any clues as to Giovanni's birth place or birth date? Parents' death?
The groom is Giovanni CHIAPPETTA, aged 18, born in Rogliano (CS), son of Giuseppe and of Maria PACI, both deceased at the time.
The information at the bottom refers to the record of the Family Council convened on May 30th 1908, and certified by the Mayor, as the groom was a minor and his parents had already passed away, in order to grant him consent to marry.
