Nicola Arbia marriage to Maria Raffaella Dottore

Nicola Arbia and Maria Raffaella Dottore married in 1848. Included in the Antenati is a document that I think is an acknowledgement of Francesco Paolo Arbia as the father of Nicola Maria Puppo, son of Maria Giuseppa Puppo and unnamed father.

Would someone please review the following and let me know if that is correct?

Yes, you are correct. It's an Act of Recognition whereby Francesco Paolo Arbia is recognising Nicola Maria Puppo as his own son.
