If the url doesn't work, it is image 75 in the Processetti of Monticelli in 1828

I can't make out the details of the record, except it is in Roccaguglielma and form the book of morti.
May I have assistance with the rest?

This is a death certificate for Nicola di Trinca, who passed away on Jul 20th, 1804.
The only additional info is that he was the husband of Teresa Ba? (Barile ?)
