Here's the first translation:

Registered Montese 15 July 1887

Apearing was Francesco Credi, 38 yo contadino (peasant/farmer), living in Iola, who reported that at 1 am on 13 July 1887 in the house in Iola, No 120, from Celesta Biagini, his wife, a massaia, living with him, was born a baby girl, who he did not present and named Lucia Rosa Maria.

(Following verification of the birth, Francesco was dispensated from presented his baby due to the distance of the place of birth from the place of registration.)
