Marriage Translation

Hello,

I am looking to translate the bottom lines of this marriage record. The marriage took place in Panni, FG but the groom was from Bovino. I see it has the words Vicar general but that’s all I understand.

It's a visa by the General Vicar, who checked the registers from time to time.
