Here's an educated guess on the basics. Maybe this will prompt others to weigh in.

He died on May 6 1944 at age 58. His father was deceased Gennaro and his mother was deceased Maria Francesca De Feo. He was the husband of Angiola Materazzo.

I think Materazzo means mattress, at least Sicilians used it that way, I think.

You're welcome to post translation requests but I think you'll find discovery more rewarding if you learn to translate yourself. I know I did. Just a friendly suggestion.

Tricky script. It reads commerciante - trader/merchant.

Just to add a little bit more to what has been said and correct the date of death. This information in this record was written from notification received from the hospital in Avellino which was dated 6 May 1944. Ferdinando Percopo died on 5 May 1944.. Yes, he was 58, born and residing in Avellino, and the son of the deceased Gennaro, a commerciante, who resided in Avellino when living, and the deceased Maria Francesca de Feo, a casalinga (domestic), who also resided in Avellino when living. Yes, the husband of Angiola Materazzo.

re: mattress (materasso) In our dialect – matterazz so similar to materazzo
