Can some caritative soul in here help transcript the dates, places and all meaningful names in this death certificate that could maybe help me reach one level up in the tree ?

Hello, it took this forum 8 days to approve my registration, and 34 days to approve this post. As you can imagine, i already found the info i was looking for probably one month ago on a facebook group.

I would suggest you to put people who actually cares about this community as moderators/ admins.

Also, to anybody who might waste his/her time transcribing this, please DONT, i already have the info i need. Thanks.
