Here is the birth record of my great-aunt Teresa Bellomo, daughter of Giuseppi and Pasquala Ferrara.
What I can read doesn't seem to fit with my records. Her father, Giuseppi, lived in Cleveland Ohio in 1910, and married his wife there in 1915 (marriage is in both Polizzi and Ohio records with this place and date, although this is a marriage license dated years earlier). Their children grew up in Sicily, I am not sure if their parents lived in the USA or Sicily for which years after 1915. But it looks like this says Teresa was born in Polizzi Generosa in 1911 and says "moglie" which would mean the parents were married. There is something in the margin I cannot read.
Was she born in Cleveland or Polizzi? Was she born in 1911? Were her parents married at the time? What is in the margin at 1935? Is this her marriage?

The family had returned to Sicily because World War I had broken out and Giuseppe had been recalled to the army.

Re: Help with birth record
Thanks! This answers so many questions, but raises others. If he joined the army, what was he doing in Polizzi starting a family? Wouldn't he be in the North fighting the Austrians? Off topic for this forum, but any way for me to get his military records?
Re: Help with birth record
The denunciation of the birth was made by the midwife, precisely because the father was absent as he was serving in army.
Military records for Giuseppe Bellomo must be requested to the Archivio di Stato di Palermo.
