Sicilian Birth Record - Translation Help

Hi there. New to the site but hoping someone may be able to translate this birth record for an ancestor born in Floridia, Sicily.

I generally understand the form and most of the text, but am having trouble figuring out the text beginning with:

"dalla una unione con uomo celibe non parente ne affine nei (grandiche?) ostano al ???"

It appears this is referring to an out of wedlock union and a father who is not recognizing the child, but I would welcome any help in deciphering this fully. It seems generally, this section of the record lists the mother, her age, and occupation, and would say wife of, and then list the father, his age, and occupation. This record is clearly saying something else.
