looking for Buono/Pietrafesa family in Boston

I am looking for family members that may still be in the Boston area. I know my Great Grandfather Francesco Paulo Buono, was in Boston in 1907 and stayed there with family members (not sure which family) and not sure when he arrived or how long he stayed. I have searched Massachusetts records and cannot find any record that I can substantiate, related to him. I don't know if he stayed with Buono or Pietrafesa family members while he was here. I would appreciate any search ideas that may help me locate any family members that were or still may be in the Boston area.
