Tommaso Mauro/Rosa Moronese/Catarina Mauro

Hello, I found this in the microfilm along with the marriage certificate for my husbands ggfather Errico Avventino and Catarina Mauro and it references her Father and Mother (I recognize the names) however, I do not understand what this is in particular and if there are references that are of importance (I see some addresses?) I would love a translation for the family tree and to continue my research if anyone has some time and can assist?

In 1895, Rosa Moronese had the death certificate of her husband Tommaso Mauro transcribed at the Registrar Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Tommaso had died in Pittsburgh on Jan 6th, 1893
