I did my citizenship process with a lawyer on tribunale ordinario di roma.

I started it so long ago, i'm suspecting that the lawyer maybe not doing things right...

Can anyone help me to check if the process is valid, please?

I have the app from giustiza civille and attached you can see whats there.

So you did not receive the final judgment from the court that your decision is irrevocable?

If that's the case, I wouldn't necessarily worry. The judge ruled favorably on your case in September 2022. It usually takes 6 months to obtain the final judgment from the courts, even in the best of circumstances. I know one person who had a favorable ruling 14 months ago and still has yet to receive the final judgment.

Or is it already in other institution or comune? Where can I get this information?

Your attorney should be in constant communication with the courts and should know when it is time to retrieve a certified copy of the final judgment.


As far as I know, the "storico fascicolo" will not have an update that says "sentenza con passaggio in giudicato". There might be a final "annotazione" around the time it becomes available.

That's my understanding, yes.

I would not worry much. It seems normal to me. Attached is the Status of my case. I still have not received my final order either.
