Is the date of death here the same as the date of the document?

Hi,
I would appreciate help with this death record for #695 Giovanni Martino. The document date is 31 DEC 1867 but the writing is difficult for me to read. His name appears on the first page, four lines from the bottom (son of Gennaro), but I'm not able to read his death date. He was 26 years old.

From the death record for Giovanni Martino it appears that "It is not possible to determine precisely the day of death, which, however, was after the thirty October, and before many days to the nineteenth of last November".
"Non si può determinare con precisione il giorno della morte, la quale però fu posteriore al trenta Ottobre, ed anteriore di molti giorni al diciannove Novembre scorso".
